any nets on any area reserved, as provided in the aforegoing
section, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-
viction thereof before a justice of the peace for Dorchester
county or in the Circuit Court for Dorchester county, having
jurisdiction, shall be fined a sum not more than fifty dollars
for each and every such offense, and shall stand committed
until such fine and costs are paid. '"
