"Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which
was read the first time and referred to the Committee on Cor-
porations. ]

Also House Bill No. 287, entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact, Avith amendments, Sections 51, 52, 55, 60, 91, 93 and
95 of Article 48, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as
legalized by Chapter 21 of the Acts of 1912, and Chapter 16
of the Acts of 1914 of the General Assembly of Maryland,
title 'Inspection, ' snb-title 'State Horticultural Department'
and 'Agricultural Lime. '" [Endorsed: "Read the third time
and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time
and referred to the Committee on Agriculture and Labor. ]

Also House Bill No. 239, entitled "An Act to refund to John
Guy the sum of money paid by him to the Comptroller of the
Treasury of Maryland for license to dredge for oysters with
the Sloop, 'Lucy V, ? which said license has never been used. "
[Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Finance. ]

Also House Bill No. 447, entitled "An Act to empower the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to issue the stock of
said corporation to an amount not exceeding one million dol-
lars for the purpose of providing extensions to the under-
ground conduits and their appurtenances, including dis-
tributing poles, built under the direction of the Electrical
Commission, in the City of Baltimore, and to authorize the
submission of an ordinance for that purpose to the legal voters
of said city; said extensions to be made in accordance with
the authority vested in said Electrical Commission by Ordi-
nances Nos. 106, 107 and 108 of the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore, approved August 25, 1898, and all amendments
thereof or supplements thereto passed by virtue of the pro-
visions of Chapter 200 of the Acts of the General Assembly,
enacted during the session of the year 1892. " [Endorsed:
"Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which
was read the first time and referred to the City Senators. ]
