The Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message:

Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message proposing that the report of
the conference committee on Senate Bill No. 76, by Mr. Cooper,
be recommitted to the conference committee for further con-
sideration, and we concur therein.

[Which was read and adopted. ]

Whereupon Mr. Cooper moved that the vote by which the
conference committee's report on Senate Bill No. 76 was made
the Special Order for Tuesday, March 21, be reconsidered.
[Which motion prevailed. ]

Mr. Frick then moved that the Bill and report be recom-
mitted to said conference committee. [Which motion also
prevailed and it was so ordered. ]

The President laid before the Senate, laid-over Bill, with
amendments, being

SUBJECT: WILD FOWL, BIRDS AND GAME.

Amendments proposed by Committee:

"In line 9 of Section 20 of the printed Bill, after the
word 'August, ' insert the following: 'or between the first day
of October and the tenth day of November. '" [Which was
read and adopted. ]

"In line 11 of Section 20, on page 2 of the printed Bill,
after the word 'Dorchester, ' insert the following: 'Charles,
Prince George's, St. Mary's and Calvert. '" [Which was read
and rejected. ]

Amendment proposed by Mr. Archer: "Strike out all of
line 10 after the word 'exclusive' on page 1 of the printed Bill,
