The President laid before the Senate, the Unfinished Busi-
ness, being

SENATE BILL No. 252, BY MR. WARFIELD.
SUBJECT: MOTOR VEHICLES.

[Which was read and made the order of the day for March
16, 1916, at 1 o'clock P. M. ]

At 6. 30 o'clock P. M., on motion of Mr. Cooper, the Senate
adjourned until Thursday, March 16, at 11 o'clock A. M.
