The President distributed the following message from the
House of Delegates, being House Bill No. 199, entitled "An
Act to repeal Sections 216 and 218 of Article 43 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland (Bagby's Annotated
Code of 1911), title 'Health, ' sub-title 'State Board of Barber
Examiners'; said sub-title being the codification of Chapter
226 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the Session of 1904, and to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Sections 209, 211, 214, 215, 221 and 222 of said Article
43, and to add six new sections to said Article, to be known
as Section 213-A, to follow immediately after Section 213;
Section 214-A, to follow immediately after Section 214, as
hereby re-enacted; Section 217-A, to follow immediately after
Section 217; Section 218, to follow immediately after Section
217-A, as hereby enacted; Section 218-A, to follow immedi-
