ing term just as if this Act had not been passed. '"

SENATE BILL No. 392, BY MR. COOPER.
SUBJECT: CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS.

Amendment proposed by Committee: "Section 1, line 36 of
the printed Bill, after the word 'States, ' insert the following:
'Provided that this Act shall not apply to any revenues or funds
which are raised by licenses, fees, taxation or otherwise, and
which after being paid over, according to law, to the Treas-
urer, are required by law to be by him paid over, in whole or
in part, to any county or city, or to any department, commis-
sion, board or officer of any such county or city, or of the
State. " [Which was laid over under the rules. ]

HOUSE BILL No. 222, BY MR. FLOOR.

SUBJECT: ISSUE BONDS FOR WATER SYSTEM IN
