for each motor vehicle equipped with solid tires and having a
rated carrying capacity of not more than one ton, and four
dollars ($4. 00) additional for each additional ton of carrying
capacity, or fraction thereof; five dollars ($5. 00) for each
vehicle trailed or propelled by any motor vehicle. ' "
