adjourn until Friday, February 25, at 1 o'clock P. M. Which

At 7. 05 o'clock P. M., Mr. Holmead moved that the Senate
take a recess until 8 o'clock P. M. [Which motion was lost. ]

Whereupon Mr. Frick moved that the Bill and amendment
be made the order of the day for Tuesday, February 29,
1916, at 12 o'clock noon. [Which motion prevailed. ]

At 7. 25 o'clock P. M., on motion of Mr. Cooper, the Senate
went into executive session.

At 7. 30 o'clock P. M. the Senate resumed legislative busi-
ness.

At 7. 32 o'clock P. M., on motion of Mr. Shepherd, the Senate
adjourned until Friday, February 25, at 12 o'clock noon.
