SUBJECT: CORPORATIONS—PUBLIC SERVICE COM-
MISSION.

Amendment proposed by Finance Committee: "Add to the
words September 30, 1916, in line 18 of Section 1, the following:
'And such portion of said salaries shall, after September 30,
1916, be payable and paid out of the State Treasury of, the
State of Maryland in addition to the annual sum of seventy-
five thousand dollars ($75, 000), or so much thereof as may be
necessary annually for the purposes of the Public Service
Commission now payable out of said State Treasury under
the provisions of Section 417 of this Article. '" [Which was
read and adopted. ] [Which favorable report was adopted,
which was read the second time and ordered printed for a
third reading. ]
