"CONTEST OF WILLS. "

Amendments proposed by Committee:

"On page 1, Section 1, line 9, after the word 'of, ' strike out
the word 'twelve7 and insert in lieu thereof the word 'four. ' "

"On page 1, Section 1, line 9, after the word 'dollars, ' strike
out the figures 'f 1, 200' and insert in lieu thereof the figures
'$400. '"

Two-thirds of all the Senators voting in the affirmative, the
rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows:
