ORDERS.

By Mr. Holmead: Ordered, That the Treasurer of the State
of Maryland be arid he is hereby authorized to pay upon the
warrant of the Comptroller, such sums of money as may be
ascertained to be due to King Bros., State Printers, being for
extraordinary expenses for printing third reading file Bills
for the Senate of 1916, an audit to be made by the chairman
of the Printing Committee of the Senate, together with the
Board of Public Works, and duly certified by said officials to
the Comptroller of the State, the said money to be paid out
of the appropriation for printing third reading file Bills for
the Session of 1916, at the rate of $1. 75 per page.

On motion of Mr. Holmead, two-third s of all the Senators
voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by yeas
