passage of Senate Bill No. 576, known as the Tuberculosis
Bill. [Which was read and referred, to the Committee on

Finance. ]

Also a protest of Herbert Smith, captain and adjutant, and
James G. Knight, captain of Company "M, " against the use of
the Fifth Regiment Armory by the Poultry Association.
[Which was read and referred to the Committee on Militia. ]

Also a protest of Baldwin & Frick, to House Bill No. 691,
Introduced by Mr. Lee, in regard to the levying of an addi-
tional assessment on property sold for more than the assess-
ment. [Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Judicial Proceedings. ]
