122.  Proof of Judgments. The determination of any matter ad-
judicated by the Court shall be evidenced by a judgment entered on a
docket which shall be maintained in such manner as the Court may
by rule determine. A copy of the docket entries, certified by the Chief
Clerk, or by a Deputy Clerk, shall be evidence in any cause or pro-
ceeding in any court, or before any Justice of the Peace, or agency
of this State.

123. Rules. The Court, as a body, shall have power to adopt rules
governing the practice and procedure before it.

124. Quarters. THERE SHALL BE A SESSION OF THE COURT
ON EACH DAY OF THE WEEK IN EACH OF THE POLICE DIS-
TRICTS IN BALTIMORE CITY EXCEPT THE HOUSING PART
AND THE TRAFFIC DIVISION. The Chief Judge, after consulta-
tion with the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore and the Police
Commissioner of Baltimore, shall determine the location of the vari-
ous parts and divisions of the Court for which suitable and proper
quarters shall be furnished by the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more.

125. Judges.

(a) Chief Judge.—THE CHIEF JUDGE OF SAID COURT
SHALL BE PAID A SALARY OF $16,000.00 PER ANNUM. It
shall be the duty of the Chief Judge to care for the general business
of the Court and the general administration thereof with supervisory
control over the several clerks and other supporting personnel. With-
out limiting the generality of the foregoing, he shall have power to
assign and rotate the judges of said Court among its various divisions
and parts in such manner as he shall determine, except that any
assignment to the Housing part of the Criminal Division shall be for
a minimum period of twelve months,
SUBJECT TO THE LIMITA-
TIONS HEREINAFTER IN THIS SUB-SECTION (A) PROVIDED
WITH RESPECT TO THE HOUSING PART OF THE CRIMINAL
DIVISION and to designate the days of the week and hours of the
day or night when such judges shall sit in the various parts and
divisions.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING POWER IN
THE CHIEF JUDGE TO ASSIGN AND ROTATE THE JUDGES
OF SAID COURT, ANY ASSIGNMENT TO THE HOUSING PART
OF THE CRIMINAL DIVISION SHALL BE FOR A MINIMUM
PERIOD OF TWELVE MONTHS, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT
THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT PREVENT
EITHER (1) THE ASSIGNMENT OF ANOTHER JUDGE TEM-
PORARILY TO PRESIDE IN THE HOUSING PART IN EVENT
OF THE ILLNESS, TEMPORARY ABSENCE OR OTHER TEM-
PORARY INABILITY TO SERVE OF THE JUDGE REGULARLY
ASSIGNED TO THE HOUSING PART; OR (2) THE REGULAR
ASSIGNMENT OF ANOTHER JUDGE TO THE HOUSING PART,
FROM TIME TO TIME, FOR SUCH MINIMUM PERIOD OF
TWELVE MONTHS, IN THE EVENT OF THE REQUEST FOR
REASSIGNMENT BY OR THE RESIGNATION OR OTHER
PERMANENT INABILITY TO SERVE OF THE JUDGE REGU-
LARLY ASSIGNED TO THE HOUSING PART, OR IN THE
EVENT OF THE REASSIGNMENT BY THE CHIEF JUDGE
WITH THE CONCURRENCE AND APPROVAL OF A MAJORITY
OF ALL THE OTHER JUDGES, OF THE JUDGE REGULARLY
ASSIGNED TO THE HOUSING PART, OR (3) THE JUDGE
