(b)  Construction. The description of the offenses set forth under
sub-section (a) hereof are intended by way of abbreviated reference
only, and are not intended as a construction of the statutes referred
to. Nor are said descriptions intended to limit the jurisdiction of
the Court over the subject matter encompassed in said statutes,
unless such limitation is expressly provided by use of the term "only".

(c)  Jurisdiction exclusive. Except as hereinafter in this sub-sec-
tion set forth, and except as provided in Section 111 (Jury Trial),
the jurisdiction of the Court, over the offenses and matters set forth
in sub-section (a) of this Section shall be original and exclusive.

(1) Whenever any person is charged with an offense or offenses
within the jurisdiction of the Court, and also with an offense or
offenses not within the jurisdiction of the Court arising out of the
same circumstances, said person shall be originally proceeded against
in the Criminal Court of Baltimore.
