(a) (b) and (c), 92, 117, 121, 175 (a) and 177 (b), of Article
2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1960
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-titles respectively
"Beer Licenses", "Beer and Light Wine Licenses", "Beer, Wine and
Liquor Licenses", "Special and Temporary Licenses", "Local
Licenses and License Provisions", "General Provisions on Issue of
Licenses", "Procedure for Issue of Licenses", "Rights and Duties
of Licensees", "Hours and Days for Sale", "Restrictions upon
Licensees", and "Appeals", generally revising and amending the
alcoholic beverage laws applicable to Anne Arundel County, and
making corrections therein.

Section 1, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 28 (H), 60 (c-1), 74 (e) and (f), and 89 (d), be and
they are hereby added to follow immediately after Sections 28 (G),
60(c), 74(d) and 89(c), and that Sections 8(c), 9(b), 10(c), 11(c),
8(K), 9(K), 10(K), 11(N), 13(c), 14(b), 15(c), 16(c), 18(d), 19(b),
20(c), 21(c), 25(b) and (c), 28(a) (2) and (4), (b) (2), (f) (2) and
(g), 41 (a), 42, 46(a), (b) and (c), 92, 117, 121, 175(a) and 177(b),
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and
1960 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-titles respectively
"Beer Licenses", "Beer and Light Wine Licenses", "Beer, Wine and
Liquor Licenses", "Special and Temporary Licenses", "Local Licenses
and License Provisions", "General Provisions on Issue of Licenses",
"Procedure for Issue of Licenses", "Rights and Duties of Licensees",
"Hours and Days for Sale", "Restrictions Upon Licensees", and
"Appeals", be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

(c) in Anne Arundel County [such license shall be designated BP
and] the annual fee therefor shall be
[sixty dollars ($60.00)] ninety

(K) THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANNE
ARUNDEL COUNTY, BALTIMORE CITY, NOR TO BALTIMORE,
CHARLES, GARRETT, HARFORD, AND ST. MARY'S COUN-
TIES, IN ALL OF WHICH JURISDICTIONS SUCH LICENSES
SHALL NOT BE ISSUED.

(b) In Anne Arundel County [such license shall be known as Class
legal entertainment generally, restaurants, with music, dancing and other
legal entertainment;] the annual license fee therefor shall be
[one
hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00)]
two hundred dollars ($200.00).

9.

(K) THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY TO BALTIMORE
CITY NOR TO ALLEGANY, ANNE ARUNDEL, BALTIMORE,
CHARLES, GARRETT, HARFORD, HOWARD AND ST. MARY'S
COUNTIES, IN ALL OF WHICH JURISDICTIONS SUCH
LICENSES SHALL NOT BE ISSUED.
