13.04.10.13   Peabody Institute of the City of Baltimore. In re-

turn for the allowance, Peabody Institute of
the City of Baltimore shall furnish 35 scholar-
ships covering tuition only, as provided in Ar-
ticle 77, Section 264 of the 1957 Annotated
Code. This appropriation is contingent upon the
Institute's complying with the provisions of
Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949.

13.04.10.14   Teacher Scholarships. Appropriations are to be

disbursed by the Treasury Department to eligi-
ble colleges on transmitted from the State De-
partment of Education in accordance with regu-
lations prescribed by said State Department of
Education and the provisions of Article 77, Sec-
tion 284 of the 1957 Annotated Code. This ap-
propriation is contingent upon the eligible col-
leges' complying with the provisions of Chapter
86 of the Acts of 1949.
