OF A DEED FROM DOROTHY V. RICHTER TO ANDREW L.
DEVLIN, ET AL, DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1959 AND RECORDED
AMONG THE AFORESAID LAND RECORDS IN LIBER 2565 AT
FOLIO 589, THENCE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION AT RIGHT
ANGLES TO THE SOUTH LINE OF CLOPPERS ROAD, ROUTE
117, TO THE END OF SAID TENTH DEED LINE, THENCE IN
A NORTHEASTERLY, EASTERLY AND NORTHERLY DIREC-
TION REVERSELY WITH AND ALONG THE TENTH, NINTH,
EIGHTH, SEVENTH AND SIXTH LINES OF THE AFORESAID
DEED RECORDED IN LIBER 2565 AT FOLIO 589 TO THE
SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF THE BALTIMORE
AND OHIO RAILROAD, THENCE IN A NORTHWESTERLY DI-
RECTION ALONG THE SOUTH right of way line of the Baltimore
and Ohio Railroad to the center of the Great Seneca Creek, thence
in a northeasterly direction along the Great Seneca Creek to the
intersection of Cabin Branch, thence in an easterly direction with
the center of Cabin Branch to a point 300 feet east of and at right
angles to the east line of Goshen Road, thence in a northerly direc-
tion, east of, parallel to and 300 feet distant from the east line of
Goshen Road approximately 5,000 feet to the south right of way
line of the Potomac Electric Power Company's transmission line,
thence in an easterly direction with said south right of way line of
the transmission line to the west line of the Gaithersburg-Laytons-
ville Road, Route 124, approximately 11,000 feet north of Redland-
Prathertown Road, thence in a southerly direction along the west
line of the Gaithersburg-Laytonsville Road, Route 124, to the exist-
ing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, thence
in a southerly, northwesterly and southerly direction with the exist-
ing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the
point of beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
include the area above described and said area shall be subject to
all the rules and regulations of the Commission and all provisions
of law relating to said District, including taxes and other sums or
charges levied by said Commission in other parts of said District.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.
