committed shall be fined not less than [ten dollars ($10.00)] twenty
dollars ($20.00) nor more than [twenty-five dollars ($25.00)] fifty
dollars ($50.00) and costs for each and every offense, and in addition
shall be fined five dollars ($5.00) for each and every fish found in
possession illegally, and all such fish shall be disposed of as provided
for in Section 122 of this sub-title.
230.
Any person found guilty for violating any of the provisions of
this subtitle, unless the penalty is provided in the section otherwise,
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction before
any justice of the peace of this State or court shall be fined not less
than [ten dollars] twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than [fifty
dollars ($50.00)] one hundred dollars ($100.00) and costs for each
and every offense or sentenced to jail until such fine and costs have
been paid. A second conviction within the same twelve month period
for a violation of any regulation adopted by the Commission shall
result in suspension of the violator's license for a period of twelve
months from the date of such conviction.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 22-23 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1957
Edition, being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Anne Arundel County', sub-title "Chapter 22. Water
and Sewers", sub-heading "Article III. Sanitary Districts, Di-
vision 1-Generally", adding SETTING FORTH four areas by
metes and bounds descriptions to CONSTITUTING the Anne
Arundel County Sanitary District.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 22-23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel
County (1957 Edition, being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Chapter
22. Waters and Sewers", sub-heading "Article III. Sanitary Dis-
tricts, Division 1-Generally", be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
22-23.
(a) The [four] eight FOUR portions of the county described in this
section are hereby designated and constituted for the purpose set forth
in this chapter to be the "Anne Arundel County Sanitary District".
