of decedents in any of the Orphans' Courts of the State for pay or
reward.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 1 of Article 10 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition), title "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact", sub-title
Admission to the Bar", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
1.
No person shall practice the profession or perform the services of
an attorney at law within this State without being admitted to the
bar as hereinafter directed; and any person who shall give legal ad-
vice, represent any person in the trial of any case at law or in equity
including the trial of any case before any trial magistrate or judge of
any people's court or any proceedings conducted in orphans' courts
of this State, or in cases before the People's Court of Baltimore City
where the amount involved exceeds the sum of $100.00 except cases
arising under Sections 455 to 462, inclusive, of the Charter and Public
Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition), or prepare any written
instrument affecting the title to real estate, or give advice in the ad-
ministration or probate of estates of decedents in any of the Orphans'
Courts of this State, for pay or reward, shall be deemed an attorney
at law for purposes of this article.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 166 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland Water
Fish", sub-heading "Susquehanna Flats", relating to the days for
hunting on the Susquehanna Flats for wild waterfowl and to the
use of sneak boats or bushwhacking outfits on the Susquehanna
Flats.
