account the good faith of the claimant, the possibility that the alleged
injury was self-inflicted or other than accidental, the extent and
nature of the injury, the degree of disability, the period of any dis-
ability or incapacity for other work, and the ordinary earning power
of the claimant.
(f) The Governor shall include all claims allowed by the Board in
the next State budget, for payment to the claimant or his representa-
tive.
(g) Each member of the Board upon being called to a meeting by
the Chairman shall be allowed his necessary expenses incident to his
attendance and duties at the meeting, upon vouchers approved by the
Chairman and Secretary of the Board.
Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(Senate Bill 458)
AN ACT to add new Section 88 (c) to Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages",
sub-title "Hours and Days for Sale" to follow immediately after
Section 88 (b) thereof, and to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Section 90 (b) (2) of the said Article and sub-title of the
Code, to permit the holders of Class A (off-sale) alcoholic beverage
BEER licenses in Washington County, to be open for other than
sale of alcoholic beverages BEER on election days and Sundays.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 88 (c) be and the same is hereby added to Article
2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Alco-
holic Beverages", sub-title "Hours and Days for Sale", to follow im-
mediately after Section 88 (b) thereof, and that Section 90 (b) (2)
of the said Article and sub-title of the Code be and is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, all to read as follows:

(c) Nothing in this article shall require the holder of any Class
A (off-sale) BEER license in Washington County to close his place of
business on election day provided such licensee shall close that part
of his place of business from which alcoholic beverages are BEER
