5.    Cooperate with any Federal, State, local agency, board or com-
mission, including the Maryland Commission for the Prevention and
Treatment of Juvenile Delinquency,
COMMUNITY SERVICES
COUNCIL OF WASHINGTON COUNTY, MARYLAND, INC., and
any interested private or civic organization to obtain information
and action on behalf of the county's youth.

6.    The Commission shall annually report to the Board of County
Commissioners of Washington County and to the public.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 338 of
Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Corporations", sub-title "III. Particular Classes of Corpor-
ations", sub-heading "Condemnation of Property by Corpora-
tions"; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1 of Ar-
ticle 33A of said Code, title "Eminent Domain", sub-title "In Gen-
eral"; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 14 of
Article 89B of said Code, title "State Roads", sub title "In Gen-
eral"; and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 64 of
Article 89B of said Code, title "State Roads", sub-title "Condemna-
tion", amending sections of the laws of this State having to do with
condemnation by corporations, by public agencies generally, and
by the State Roads Commission in order to enact new requirements
for the description necessary for any property which is sought to
be acquired by condemnation.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 338 of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Corporations", sub-title "III. Particular Clas-
ses of Corporations", sub-heading "Condemnation of Property by
Corporations"; Section 1 of Article 33A of said Code, title "Eminent
Domain", sub-title "In General"; Section 14 of Article 89B of said
Code, title "State Roads", sub title "In General"; and Section 64 of
Article 89B of said Code, title "State Roads", sub-title "Condemna-
tion", be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, and all to read as follows:

338.

Every such inquisition shall describe the property taken, or the
bounds of the land condemned [, and] . The description required by
this section shall be by metes and bounds of the area sought to be
