Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 503 to 520, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Allegany County (1955 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County", sub-title
"Schools", sub-heading "Teachers—Pensions", be and they are hereby
repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

Approved March 23, 1961.

CHAPTER 185
(House Bill 354)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 409 to 417, inclusive, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Allegany County (1955 Edition, being Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany
County", sub-title "Manufacturers and Miners", sub-heading
"Miners' Relief Fund", repealing in the local laws of Allegany
County an obsolete statute concerning the so-called Miners' Relief
Fund, said statute now being obsolete and outmoded.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 409 to 417, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Allegany County (1955 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County", sub-title
"Manufacturers and Miners", sub-heading "Miners' Relief Fund", be

CHAPTER 186
(House Bill 355)

AN ACT to add a new Section 60A to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Allegany County (1955 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County", sub-
title "Circuit Court", to follow immediately after Section 60
thereof, providing in Allegany County for the compensation of
Examiners in the Circuit Court and relating also to the power
of the court to increase this compensation and to the duties of
the Examiner in making a return to the court.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 60A be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1955 Edition, being Article
