AN ACT to repeal Section 130 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title
"Debts", to remove a provision from said title relating generally
to the payment of a decedent's debts by an administrator.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 130 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title ''Testamentary Law", sub-title "Debts", be and
it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 34 (a)
and (c) of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1960
Supplement), title "Workmen's Compensation", sub-title "Applica-
tion of Article; Extra-Hazardous Employments", to provide work-
men's compensation insurance for rescue squads in Kent County,
and to specify the membership limit of a fire company in the county
for compensation purposes.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 34 (a) and (c) of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1960 Supplement), title "Workmen's Compensation", sub-
title "Application of Article; Extra-Hazardous Employments", be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
34. (a) All members of all volunteer fire companies in Kent
County and Howard County and all members of all rescue squads in
Kent County while going to or returning from or fighting a fire or
while engaged as a member of any ambulance, first aid or rescue
squad created within such fire companies shall be deemed workmen
for wages and engaged in extra-hazardous employment within the
meaning of this article.
(c) The county commissioners of Kent County and Howard
County shall secure compensation to volunteer firemen in case of
death, or to their dependents, by insuring the payment of such com-
pensation in the State Accident Fund or in any private stock corpora-
