(c). If any substantial alteration or addition to the sewer system
is deemed necessary by the County Health Officer or the County
Plumbing Inspector, the owner must have this portion of the work
completed under the supervision of a master plumber before said
permit will be issued.

(d). Upon the installation of said appliances, the same shall be
inspected by the County Plumbing Inspector under the same rules and
regulations as other plumbing installations.

(e). Nothing herein shall prohibit installation of appliances as
aforesaid by the purchaser and ultimate consumer, providing he
makes the proper application, secures the proper permit and the job
is inspected by the Plumbing Inspector after it is completed.

321C (a). Any person not a Master Plumber installing any pump,
drinking cups or cold water pressure tanks in Queen Anne's County
must make application to the County Plumbing Board for a special
County license entitling him to make such installations. Said applica-
tion must be accompanied by a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and a
performance bond in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00), conditioned upon the said applicant's proper installation
of said pumps, drinking cups and cold water pressure tanks, said
bond to be in such form as shall be prescribed by the County Plumbing
Board. Said license shall be issued for a period of one (1) year, but
may be refused or revoked by said County Plumbing Board in the
event it is shown that said licensee is either unable or unwilling to
properly perform his work and/or it becomes necessary to take action
upon his bond filed as aforesaid.

(b). No permit or inspection is required for the installation of
pumps, drinking cups and cold water pressure tanks.

(c). Any piping beyond the cold water pressure tank, except piping
of cups and faucets for agricultural use, must be done by a master
plumber. If, however, installation necessitates any work in the well,
a permit must be obtained from the County Commissioners and the
work must be inspected by the Plumbing Inspector before covering
the well as hereinbefore set forth.

(d). Nothing herein shall prohibit the purchaser and ultimate
consumer from installing a pump, drinking cup and cold water pres-
sure tank without a license.

321D (a). Any person employed as a maintenance man in a cannery,
oyster house, orange juice plan, milk plant or similar operation must
make application to the County Plumbing Board for a special County
license entitling him to do all maintenance work pertaining to the

company's machinery and plumbing system inside the plant. Said
application must be accompanied by a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and a performance bond in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00), conditioned upon the said applicant's proper performance
of his work. Said license shall be issued for a period of one (1) year,

but may be refused or revoked by said County Plumbing Board in
the event it is shown that said licensee is either unable or unwilling
to properly perform his work and/or it becomes necessary to take

action upon his bond filed as aforesaid.
