J. MILLARD TAWES, GOVERNOR                              1417

Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-
title "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Water-
fowl and Migratory Birds", to follow immediately after Section
154(d) thereof, relating to the set or position of stake or booby
blinds in certain waters of Kent County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 154 (e) be and it is hereby added to Article 66C
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Natural
Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-
heading "Waterfowl and Migratory Birds", to follow immediately
after Section 154(d) thereof, and to read as follows:

154.

(e) In the waters of Kent County in the Chester River near East-
ern Neck Narrows including all of Church Creek from Ringolds
Point and Boxes Point at the said Creek entrance to the head thereof,
owners, lessees or licensees, shall have the right to make a choice of
the set or position as provided in subsection (a) above on or before
October 10 of each year, but after said date no person, whether
owner, lessee, or licensee or any other person, shall make a choice of
the set or position in the waters above.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(House Bill 47)

AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (Everstine 1953 Edition) being Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, said new section
to be known as Section 795A and to follow immediately after
Section 795 of said Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County, under the title "Prince George's County", AND UNDER
THE NEW SUB-TITLE "HOME IMPROVEMENT BUSINESS",
authorizing the Board of County Commissioners for Prince
George's County, Maryland, to regulate and control the Home Im-
provement Business in Prince George's County; to adopt rules and
regulations for the licensing of persons engaged in said business
whether as principal, agent, salesman, employee or otherwise and
to require the furnishing of bond as a condition to the issuance of
such license and matters generally relating thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section be and is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County (Everstine, 1953 Edition)
being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
said new section to be known as Section 795A and to follow imme-
diately after Section 795 of said Code of Public Local Laws of
