serving any single building or a group of buildings serving as a single
unit, [as] or to any other existing water supply or sewerage system.

(e) Nothing in this section shall apply to the City of Annapolis.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(House Bill 325)

AN ACT to add a new Section 22B to Chapter 780 of the Acts of
1959, this Act having enacted the sub-title "Park and Planning
Commission", having added this sub-title to the Montgomery
County Code (1955 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland and having also added this sub-
title to the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
(1953 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, with SAID new section to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 22A thereof and to be in the sub-heading "Metropolitan Dis-
trict", excluding from the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan
District any areas located within the corporate limits of the City
of Rockville, as of January 1, 1961.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 22B be and the same is added to Chapter 780 of
the Acts of 1959, this Act having enacted the sub-title "Park and
Planning Commission", having added this sub-title to the Mont-
gomery County Code (1955 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland and having also added this sub-
title to the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
(1953 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, said new section to follow immediately after Section
22A thereof and to be in the sub-heading "Metropolitan District",
and to read as follows:

22B.

No ALL THAT area located within the corporate limits of the City
of Rockville as of January 1, 1961, shall henceforth be included within
the boundaries of IS HEREBY EXCLUDED FROM the Metropolitan
District, any other provisions of this sub-title to the contrary not-
withstanding.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.
