the Bank Commissioner of Maryland by licensees under the Cur-
rency Exchange Law.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 219 (A) (a) of Article 11 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1960 Supplement), title "Banks and Trust Companies",
sub-title "Currency Exchange Law", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Section 219.
(A) (a) Every licensee shall annually on or before the [first day of
February] Thirtieth Day of April file a report with the Commis-
sioner giving such relevant information as the Commissioner may
reasonably require concerning the business of the licensee for which
said licensee has been licensed herein for the preceding calendar
year. Such report shall be made under oath and shall be in the form
prescribed by the office of the Commissioner.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1961.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 26 of
Article 11 of the Annotated Code of Maryland '(1957 Edition),
title "Banks and Trust Companies", sub-title "Bank Commis-
sioner", relating to time when the Bank Commissioner shall make
an annual report to the Governor.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 26 of Article 11 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Banks and Trust Companies", sub-title "Bank
Commissioner", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
26. Annual report to Governor.
The Bank Commissioner shall make an annual report to the Gover-
nor, covering the operations of his office, and suggesting such amend-
ments to this article as in his judgment may be desirable, on the
[tenth day of February] thirtieth day of June in every year.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.
