town, in Montgomery county, paffed at November feffion, one thoufand feven hundred and nine-
ty, fhall be and hereby is continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred and five,
and to the end of the next feffion of affembly which fhall happen thereafter; that an act, entitled,
An act for the fpeedy recovery of fmall debts out of court, and to repeal the acts of affembly

An act refpecting the equity jurifdiction of the county courts, paffed at November feffion, one

one thoufand feven hundred and ninety-two, fhall be and hereby are continued until the thirtieth
day of October, eighteen hundred and five, and to the end of the next feffion of affembly which
fhall happen thereafter: that an act, entitled, An act for the prevention of lotteries, paffed at
November feffion, one thoufand feven hundred and ninety-two, fhall be and hereby is enacted
into a permanent law; that an act, entitled, An act to alter the mode of collecting the county
tax in Harford county, paffed at November feffion, one thoufand feven hundred and ninety-four,
fhall be and hereby is enacted into a permanent law; that an act, entitled, An act for the de-
ftruction of crows, paffed at November feffion, one thoufand feven hundred and ninety-five, fhall
be and hereby is continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred and five, and to
the end of the next feffion of affembly which fhall happen thereafter; that an act relating to
public roads in this ftate, and to repeal the acts of affembly therein mentioned, paffed at Novem-
ber feffion, one thoufand feven hundred and ninety-four, and the feveral fupplements thereto,
fhall be and are hereby continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen hundred and five, and
until the next feffion of affembly which fhall happen thereafter; that an act, entitled, An act to
eftablifh and regulate the market-houfe in the town of Cumberland, in Allegany county, paffed
at November feffion, one thoufand feven hundred and ninety-five, fhall be and hereby is continued
until the thirtieth day -of October, eighteen hundred and five, and to the end of the next feffion
of affembly which fhall happen thereafter; that an act, entitled, An act to increafe the allowance
of the juftices of the orphans courts, the commiffioners of the tax, and the clerk to the com-
miffioners, in the feveral counties of this ftate, paffed at November feffion, one thoufand feven
hundred and ninety-fix, fhall be and hereby is continued until the thirtieth day of October, eighteen
hundred and five, and to the end of the next feffion of affembly which fhall happen thereafter ;
provided neverthelefs, that the feveral acts and fupplements thereto herein mentioned, fhall be
and are hereby declared fubject to any alterations which have been made therein fince the paffage
of the faid laws or fupplements.
