TURES AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS OF THE MARYLAND SAV-
INGS-SHARE INSURANCE CORPORATION, AND SUCH OTHER
INVESTMENTS AS MAY BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 150, AND SECTIONS 160Z AND
161Z OF ARTICLE 23 (1961 SUPPLEMENT), AS AMENDED
FROM TIME TO TIME, DEPENDING UPON WHICH SECTION
IS EFFECTIVE.
Sec. 7. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1962.

CHAPTER 132
(House Bill 55)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 330 and
332 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1961 Supple-
ment), title "Health", sub-title "Plumbing", to change the fee for
annual renewal of State plumbing licenses, REMOVING A RE-
QUIREMENT FOR POSSIBLE EXAMINATION PRIOR TO
THE ISSUANCE OF A RENEWAL LICENSE, and to increase
the annual salary of members of the State Board of Commissioners
of Practical Plumbing.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 330 and 332 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1961 Supplement), title "Health", sub-title "Plumbing", be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
330. The said Board of Commissioners shall demand and receive
from such applicant for a certificate of competency whom they
examine and pass, the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) at the time
of the issuance of said certificate, and the sum of [fifteen dollars
($15.00)]
