CHAPTER 108
(House Bill 148)
AN ACT to add new Section 345A to Article 66C of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-
title "Forests and Parks", sub-heading "In General", to follow
immediately after Section 345 thereof, providing free admission
to the State Parks to groups of boy scouts and girl scouts when
accompanied by an adult leader.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 345A be and it is hereby added to Article 66C of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Natural Re-
sources", sub-title "Forests and Parks", sub-heading "In General",
to follow immediately after Section 345 thereof, and to read as
follows:
S45A. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, members of affiliated branches
thereof, and their adult leaders, when in scout uniforms, and in
groups of eight or more which are accompanied by an adult leader,
shall be admitted to any Maryland State Park free of any admission
charge.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1962.

(House Bill 152)
AN ACT to add new Section 214 (c) to Article 81 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1961 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes",
sub-title "Refund of Taxes", to follow immediately after Section
214 (b) thereof, to authorize refunds of taxes erroneously com-
puted or calculated, to provide the procedure for refunds, and
to provide for the taxpayer's remedy for failure to pay a refund.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 214(c) be and it is hereby added to Article 81 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1961 Supplement), title "Revenue
and Taxes", sub-title "Refund of Taxes", to follow immediately
after Section 214(b) thereof, and to read as follows:
