13.04.10.14 Teacher Scholarships. Appropriations are to be
disbursed by the Treasury Department to eli-
gible colleges on transmittal from the State
Department of Education in accordance with
regulations prescribed by said State Depart-
ment of Education and the provisions of Article
77, Section 284 of the 1957 Annotated Code.
This appropriation is contingent upon the eligi-
ble colleges' complying with the provisions of
Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949.
