13.04.10.02 Maryland Workshop for the Blind. Appropria-
tions are to disbursed by the Treasury Depart-
ment on transmittal from the State Department
of Education, in accordance with regulations
prescribed by the said State Department of
Education. Any part of this appropriation, by
consent of both parties, may be used for match-
ing purposes in the event Federal Funds are
available. This appropriation is contingent upon
the Workshop's complying with the provisions
of Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949.

General Fund Appropriation ............................ 234,218

13.04.10.03 Maryland Academy of Sciences. This appropria-
tion is contingent with the Academy's comply-
ing with the provisions of Chapter 86 of the
Acts of 1949.

General Fund Appropriation ............................ 10,000

13.04.10.04 Charlotte Hall School. In return for the allow-
ance, Charlotte Hall shall furnish 29 scholar-
ships, provided by Article 77, Sections 276 to
277 of the 1957 Annotated Code, including
tuition, board and room rent. This appropria-
tion is contingent upon the School's complying
with the provisions of Chapter 86 of the Acts
of 1949.

General Fund Appropriation ............................ 30,000

13.04.10.05 Johns Hopkins University. In return for the
allowance, Johns Hopkins University shall
furnish 150 scholarships, as provided by Ar-
ticle 77, Section 280 of the 1957 Annotated
Code. This appropriation is contingent upon
the University's complying with the provisions
of Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949.

General Fund Appropriation ............................ 210,000

13.04.10.06 McDonogh School. This appropriation is contin-
gent upon the School's complying with Chapter
86 of the Acts of 1949.
General Fund Appropriation ............................ 10,000

13.04.10.07 Maryland Institute. In return for the allowance,
Maryland Institute shall furnish scholarships
in accordance with Article 77, Section 267 of
the 1957 Annotated Code. This appropriation
is contingent upon the Institute's complying
with the provisions of Chapter 86 of the Acts
of 1949.

General Fund Appropriation ............................ 25,000

13.04.10.08 St. John's College. In return for the allowance,
St. John's College shall furnish 29 scholar-
ships, including tuition, board and room rent,
and 29 scholarships covering tuition only, as
provided by Article 77, Sections 261 to 262 of
