(h)] , the annual fee to be paid to the Commissioner of Motor Ve-
hicles shall be as provided under Section 81(f), (g) and (h) of
Article 66 1/2 of this Code.

(b) No other additional fees, license, or tax shall be charged by
the State or any county or municipal subdivision of the State, except
the property tax and gasoline tax in respect to such vehicles or their
operation.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1962.

CHAPTER 65
(Senate Bill 128)

AN ACT to repeal and re.enact, with amendments, Section 19 of Ar-
ticle 88B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "State Police", sub.title "In General", providing for the en-
largement of the Bureau of Identification to include identification
and intelligence, and relating generally to the Maryland State
Police.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 19 of Article 88B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "State Police", sub.title "In General", be and it
is hereby repealed and re.enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

19.

The Superintendent shall create and maintain a bureau of criminal
intelligence, investigation, identification and statistics, and shall
assign a competent police employee of rank designated by him, and
any number of assistants as he may deem necessary to successfully
operate said bureau. Such bureau shall collect, [and] maintain, and
disseminate
such data and perform such duties as the Superintendent
may direct. The Superintendent shall cooperate with the Division of
Investigation of United States Department of Justice at Washington,
D. C., with bureaus of identification maintained by any political sub.
