SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That sub-section (c) of Section
175 of Article 2B of the Code, title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title
"Appeals" be and it is hereby repealed and a new sub-section (c) be
and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, said new sub-section to
stand in the place and stead of the sub-section so repealed, and to
read as follows:

175 (c) Upon the filing of an appeal, the local board may stay
its order until the final determination thereof.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That a new Section 1A be and
it is hereby added to Article 5 of the Code, title "Appeals", sub-title
"Appeals to Court of Appeals", sub-heading "Appeals from Courts of
Law", said new Section to follow immediately after Section 1 thereof
and to read as follows:

I A. Any party may appeal from any interlocutory order entered
by a court of law with regard to the possession of property with
which the action is concerned or with reference to the receipt of
or charging of the income, interest or dividends therefrom or the
refusal to modify, dissolve or discharge such an order.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted. That Section 2 of Article 5 of
the Code, title "Appeals", sub-title "Appeals to Court of Appeals",
sub-heading "Appeals from Courts of Law", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

2. Any party may appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision,
determination or ruling of a court of law to which issues have been
sent from [an equity court or] an orphans' court to be tried.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That a new sub-section (h) be
and it is hereby added to Section 7 of Article 5 of the Code, title
"Appeals", sub-title "Appeals to Court of Appeals", sub-heading
"Appeals from Courts of Equity", said new sub-section to follow
immediately after sub-section (g) thereof and to read as follows:

7. (h) An order with regard to the possession of any property, or
with reference to the receipt of, or charging of the income, interest or
dividends therefrom, or the refusal to rescind, modify or discharge
such an order.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted that a new Section 8A be and it is
hereby added to Article 5 of the Code, title "Appeals", sub-title
"Appeals to Court of Appeals", sub-heading "Appeals from Courts of
Equity", said new Section to follow immediately after Section 8
thereof and to read as follows:

8A. Any party to an action brought under Maryland Rule V 79
may appeal to the Court of Appeals from any decree or order re-
quiring bond from a person to whom the distribution or delivery
of property is directed in such action, or withholding distribution
or delivery and ordering the retention or accumulation of property
by the fiduciary or its transfer to a trustee or receiver, or deferring
the passage of the court's decree in such action.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That a new Section 20A be
added to Article 5 of the Code, title "Appeals", sub-title "Appeals to
