Amendment to House Bill No. 1 offered from the floor
By Mr. Cannon:
Following line 60 of sub-section (j) on page 3 of the printed bill,
insert the following new sub-section:
"(j) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this section,
the several legislative districts of Baltimore City shall each have
six delegates during the four-year term of the General Assembly
which is elected to office in the month of November, 1962. Except
for the provisions of this sub-section, all other provisions of this
section shall apply to Baltimore City and it's several legislative
districts. "
