INTRODUCTION OF BILL AND RESOLUTION
House Bill No. 7—By Mr. Virts:
A Bill entitled: "An Act to add a new Section 47 (c-5) to Article 26
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), title
'Courts', sub-title 'Salaries of Judges', as said Section 47 was amended
by Chapter 5 of the Acts of the Regular Session of 1962 and by
Chapter 22 of the Acts of the Special Session of March 9, 1962, said
new section to follow immediately after Section 47 (c-4) thereof, au-
thorizing the County Commissioners of Frederick County to pay certain
judges of the sixth judicial circuit certain amounts per annum in excess
of the salary and/or supplementation heretofore directed or allowed to be
paid to such judges. "

House Joint Resolution No. 2—By Mr. Abramson:
House Joint Resolution requesting the Governor of Maryland to
appoint a special legislative commission to cooperate with a similar group
from Baltimore City on the realignment of districts in Baltimore City.
