appeal to the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County within SO days
following such revocation or suspension.
8-33.
All fees collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be for
the use of the Board to defray its necessary expenses including
members9 compensation as well as that of its Investigator and Legal
Counsel.
8-34.
It shall be the duty of said Board prior to the first Monday of May
in each year to make a report in writing to the Governor, setting
forth a detailed statement of the fees received and the disbursement
made, and any balance outstanding at the end of the year shall be
retained by the Treasurer of said Board for application to the ex-
penses of the ensuing year.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1962.

(House Bill 22)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 529 of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title
"Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Sabbath Breaking", author-
izing the operation of bowling alleys in Worcester County between
certain hours on Sundays AND PROVIDING THAT NOTHING
HEREIN SHALL AFFECT THE OPERATION OF BOWLING
ALLEYS IN OCEAN CITY.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 529 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Sabbath
Breaking", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
529. Nothing contained in Sections 492 and 522 of this article shall
be construed to prohibit or make unlawful the operation within
Worcester County of any bowling alley, duckpin alley or ten pin
alley or the exhibition within Worcester County of baseball and
motion pictures between the hours of 2: 00 P. M. and 6: 00 P. M. and
9: 00 P. M. and midnight on the first day of the week, commonly
called Sunday, whether the same be operated or exhibited with or
without a charge or admission fee, provided, however, that all bowl-
