SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1962.

(House Bill 20)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 8-1 to 8-18, inclusive, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1957 Edition, being
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Chapter 8. Electrical In-
stallations", and to enact new Sections 8-1 to 8-34, inclusive, in
lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the sections repealed, to
revise the laws licensing and regulating electricians in Anne
Arundel County, to establish a Board of Electrical Examiners
and Supervisors for the county, and to provide its powers and
duties, and relating to electricians in Anne Arundel County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 8-1 to 8-18, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Anne Arundel County (1957 Edition, being Article 2 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Anne Arundel
County", sub-title "Chapter 8. Electrical Installations", be and
they are hereby repealed, and that new Sections 8-1 to 8-34, in-
clusive, in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the section repealed,
be and they are hereby enacted, to read as follows:
