Amended in the Senate.
Amendment to House Bill No. 27
By Senator Phipps:
In line 12 of Section 1 on page 1 of the third reading file bill after
the word "two" strike out the words "or more"; and in line 15 after
the word "provided" add the following: "; and the County Commissioners
may appoint additional enginemen for each of such companies. "

Senate amendment.

following: "Section 74 (b)" and insert in lieu thereof in each instance
the following: "Sections 74 (a) and (b)"; and in line 4 of Section 1
strike out the words "it is" and insert in lieu thereof the words "they are".

Amendment No. 2—Strike out all of lines 4 and 5 of the title of the
third reading file bill and insert in lieu thereof the following: "Licensees',
to permit transfers of alcoholic beverage licenses and assignments of
