SULT OF AN ACCIDENT, ETC.

Favorable report adopted.

The bill was read the second time and ordered passed to its third
reading.

On motion of Mr. Boone, duly seconded and two-thirds of all the
members-elect voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by
yeas and nays as follows, to permit said bill to be put on third reading
and final passage.
