House Bill No. 25—By Messrs. Combs and Fowler:

A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 72 of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title 'St. Mary's County', sub-title Tire Companies',
as said section was enacted by Chapter 98 of the Laws of 1953, relating
to the distribution of funds to volunteer fire departments in St. Mary's
County. "

Approved by the Rules Committee and referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.

House Bill No. 27—By The Anne Arundel County Delegation:

A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 10-15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County
(1957 Edition, being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title 'Anne Arundel County', sub-title 'Chapter 10. Fire Protec-
tion, ' sub-heading 'Article II. Organization-Division 2. Enginemen, '
Us amended by Chapter 676 of the Acts of 1959, to change the number
of enginemen of fire companies in Anne Arundel County. "

Approved by the Rules Committee and referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.

House Bill No. 28—By The Talbot, Kent and Dorchester County Dele-
gations:

A Bill entitled "An Act to. add new Section 440A to Article 27 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title 'Crimes and Punish-
ments', to follow immediately after Section 440 thereof, and to be under
the new sub-title 'Picketing by Children', making it unlawful for minors
in certain counties to picket or engage in related activities in the vicinity
of any place of business for the purpose of influencing others not to
have dealings with such places of business, "of hindering the dispatch of
business there, or of inducing the management thereof to alter any policy
of operation, and to subject offenders to the provisions of the juvenile
causes laws. "

Approved by the Rules Committee and referred to the Committee on
Judiciary.

House Bill No. 30—By Messrs. McGuirk and Mandel:

A Bill entitled "An Act to add new Section 74(g) to Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1961 Supplement),
title 'Alcoholic Beverages', sub-title 'Rights and Duties of Licensees',
said new section to follow immediately after Section 74 (f) thereof, pro-
viding for the procedure and requirements for transfer of alcoholic
beverage licenses in Baltimore City involving only a change in the
licensee. "

Approved by the Rules Committee and referred to the Committee on
Ways and Means.

House Bill No. 32—By Messrs. Garbelman and McGuirk:

A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and reenact with amendments
Section 74 (b) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1961
Supplement), title 'Alcoholic Beverages', sub-title 'Rights and Duties
