Subject: "CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS", sub-title "SABBATH
BREAKING", AUTHORIZING THE OPERATION OF BOWLING
ALLEYS IN WORCESTER COUNTY BETWEEN CERTAIN HOURS
ON SUNDAYS.

Amendments to House Bill No. 22
By the Committee:

Amendment No. 1—In line 5 of the title of the third reading file bill,
after the word "Sundays" add the following: "and providing that nothing
herein shall affect the operation of bowling alleys in Ocean City".

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No. 2—In line 28 of Section 1 on page 1 of the third
reading file bill, after the word "pictures" add the following: "or the
operation of bowling alleys, duckpin alleys or ten pin alleys".

Which amendment was read and adopted.
Favorable report, as amended, adopted.

The bill was read the second time and ordered passed to its third
printed for third reading.

Two-thirds of all the Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the
rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows, and bill put upon its
third reading and final passage.
