of Judges', to follow immediately after Section 47(C-3) of said sub-title
and Article of the Code (as so amended), authorizing the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County and the County Council of Mont-
gomery County to pay to certain judges of their respective Circuits
certain amounts per annum in excess of the salary and/or supplementa-
tion heretofore directed or allowed to be paid to such judges, "

House Bill No. 24—By Mr. McGuirk:

A Bill entitled "An Act to add new Section 2A to Chapter 521 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1957, to follow immediately after
Section 2 thereof, to amend the 1957 streets, highways and bridge bond
issue for Baltimore City to limit use of the proceeds from the sale of
bonds authorized therein for a certain project unless provision is made
for relocation facilities for persons whose properties are taken under
said Chapter 521. "

House Bill No. 25—By Messrs. Combs and Fowler:

A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 72 of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title 'St. Mary's County', sub-title Tire Companies',
as said section was enacted by Chapter 98 of the Laws of 1953, relating
to the distribution of funds to volunteer fire departments in St. Mary's
County. "

House Bill No. 27—By The Anne Arundel County Delegation:

A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 10-15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County
(1957 Edition, being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title 'Anne Arundel County', sub-title 'Chapter 10. Fire
Protection, ' sub-heading 'Article II. Organization-Division 2. Engine-
men, ' as amended by Chapter 676 of the Acts of 1959, to change the
number of enginemen of fire companies in Anne Arundel County. "

House Bill No. 30—By Messrs. McGuirk and Mandel:

A Bill entitled "An Act to add new Section 74 (g) to Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1961 Supplement),
title 'Alcoholic Beverages', sub-title 'Rights and Duties of Licensees',
said new section to follow immediately after Section 74 (f) thereof, pro-
viding for the procedure and requirements for transfer of alcoholic
beverage licenses in Baltimore City involving only a change in the
licensee. "
