Senate Bill No. 10—By Senator Phipps:
A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments,
Section 17-2 of the Anne Arundel County Code, (1957 Edition as
amended), being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Roads, Streets and Sidewalks', sub-title 'Distribution of State
Revenue from New Sources', changing the use and distribution of any
new state revenue allocated to Anne Arundel County so that one-eighth
of the said new revenue shall be remitted to the City of Annapolis for
such uses as may be decided by the Mayor and Aldermen of the City
of Annapolis and the remaining seven-eights shall be remitted to the
County for use by the County Commissioners of the seven election
districts excluding the sixth election District, provided further that
each of the seven election districts shall have the use of such funds in
an amount proportionate to their road mileage to use for any purpose. "

A Bill entitled "An Act authorizing the County Commissioners of
Allegany County to convey to the Board of Education of Allegany
County, real property for the construction of a Junior High School when
it is determined that said property is no longer needed for County
purposes, except in the case of a cemetery. "
