Mr. Northrop, for the Finance Committee, reported favorably,
Senate Bill No. 12—By Senator James:

Subject: "SECTION 2 OF CHAPTER 321 OF THE ACTS OF 1961",
TO MAKE PARTICULAR PROVISION FOR THE IMPOSITION AND
EFFECTIVENESS OF CERTAIN TAXES ON CIGARETTES IN
VENDING MACHINES OR OTHER MECHANICAL DISPENSERS.

Favorable report adopted.

The bill was read the second time and ordered printed for its third
reading.

Two-thirds of all the Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the
rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows, and bill put upon its
third reading and final passage.
