AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 129 (b)
and 221 (d) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1960 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-headings "Hunter's License"
and "Game and Fresh Water Fish", making provision for hunting
and fishing licenses which have been sold to an agent and which
are lost or out of the agent's possession by certain causes beyond
his control and providing for procedure whereby the agent may
be reimbursed for the cost of the licenses.
The Speaker put the question: Shall the bill pass notwithstanding
the objections of the Executive?
