Ordered, That on any printed roll call or quorum call made in the
House of Delegates of Maryland for the Special Session beginning June
9, 1961, and appearing in the House Journal for that Special Session, the
name of Jerome Robinson be removed and in its stead there be used the
name of Bernard M. Imber; and further ordered, that on any votes or
quorum calls appear on the electric voting machine in the name of Jerome
Robinson there be deemed as substituted the name of Bernard M. Imber.

Annapolis, Maryland, June 9, 1961.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We have received your Message notifying the Senate of the organi-
zation of your Honorable Body, and proposing a joint committee of five
members, three on the part of the House and two on the part of the
Senate, to wait upon the Governor and inform him that the General
Assembly is now prepared to receive any communications which he may
desire to make.
We concur in your proposal for the appointment of a joint committee
of five members, and have appointed on the part of the Senate, Senators
Nock and Hall.
We also desire to inform you that the Senate is organized, the
Honorable George W. Della having been elected President and J. Waters
Parrish having been elected Secretary of the Senate.
