the faid city, and the precincts, to regulate and licence ordinaries and retailers
of fpirituous liquors within the faid city, and the precincts thereof, paffed No-

tled, An act for the eftablifhment and regulation of a night watch, and the
erection of lamps, in Baltimore-town, in Baltimore county, paffed November

act refpecting the continuance of civil fuits in the general and county courts,
paffed November feffion, one thoufand feven hundred and eighty-feven; another
act, entitled, An act to remedy fome evils relating to fervants, paffed May fef-
fion, one thoufand feven hundred and fifty; another act, entitled, An act for the
gauge of barrels for pork, beef, pitch, tar, turpentine, and tare of barrels for

and other irregularities of negroes, and other flaves, and directing the manner of

in Baltimore county, and to regulate, the weight of hay and meafure of grain,
falt, flax feed and fire-wood, within the faid town, and to prevent the exportation
of flour not merchantable from Fell's Point, in the faid county, paffed October
feffion, one thoufand feven hundred and feventy-one; another act, entitled, An
act for the better regulating attachments, paffed June feffion, one thoufand feven
hundred and feventy-three; and another act, entitled, An act to afcertain officers
fees in fpecial courts, paffed May feffion, one thoufand feven hundred and eighty-
one, fhall be and are hereby revived and continued until the thirtieth day of Ja-
nuary, feventeen hundred and ninety-eight.
