Those having a seating capacity of more than 400 and less than
500, each
........................................................................................$150.00

Those having a seating capacity of more than 500 and less than
1,000, each
....................................................................................$225.00

Those having a seating capacity of more than 1,000, each....$300.00

And where the place of amusement is so constructed that auto-
mobiles can drive in and in which there are spaces for the auto-
mobiles and the patrons can view the moving pictures from the
automobiles, the following license fees shall be annually paid:

Places of amusement having spaces for not more than 100 auto-
mobiles
............................................................................................$100.00

Those having spaces for more than 100 and less than 200 auto-
mobiles
............................................................................................$200.00

Those having spaces for more than 200 and less than 300 auto-
mobiles
............................................................................................$250.00

Those having spaces for more than 300 automobiles............$300.00

Provided, however, that all moving picture shows as above
mentioned where the exhibitions given therein do not exceed three
nights of performance in any one week, the fee shall be one-half
of the amounts for all moving picture shows charging five or more
than five cents as above recited.

Provided, however, that all moving picture shows or vaudeville
shows or other performances given where the operating individual,
firm or corporation receives
ANY PORTION OF PROFIT THERE-
FROM, OR AND WHERE SUCH SHOW OR PERFORMANCE IS
GIVEN in conjunction with the sale of patent medicine, there
shall be a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per week. Pro-
vided, further, that where any such show or performance shall be
given for charity and where no profit or portion of the receipts
therefrom shall be given to any operator or other person, there shall
be no license fee therefor. Provided, further, that any
INDIVID-
UAL, firm, company or corporation operating a carnival in this State
shall first take out a license therefor and pay the sum of one hundred
dollars for each week of performance or any fractional part of the
week.

Sec 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
May 1, 1960.
