any subdivision thereof for furnishing a copy of the report relating
to any accident and a fee of twenty-five cents (25¢) for searching its
files and producing an accident report on application of any person
wishing to make copy of same. In the absence of pending prosecution
or upon termination of any prosecution with respect to any traffic
accident, the said Central Accident Records Bureau may furnish a
print of any photograph relating to such accident to any person other
than an agency of the State or any subdivision thereof, and may
charge a fee of one dollar ($1.00) per print.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to add new Section 187A to Article 66½ of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-
title "Operation of Vehicles Upon Highways", allowing the Coun-
ty Commissioners of Caroline County CAROLINE, CHARLES,
FREDERICK, WORCESTER AND CARROLL COUNTIES to
regulate the speed and weight of vehicles on any road, street, lane
or alley in Caroline County CAROLINE, CHARLES, FREDER-
ICK, WORCESTER AND CARROLL COUNTIES which is not
within the corporate limits of an incorporated city, town or village
and which has not been designated or maintained as a part of the
state or federal highway system or an extension thereof; and
authorizing the Caroline , CHARLES, FREDERICK, WORCES-
TER AND CARROLL County Commissioners to provide for viola-
tion of its regulations; and providing for the disposition of the
fines collected pursuant to this section.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 187A be and it is hereby added to Article 66½ of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Motor Ve-
hicles", sub-title "Operation of Vehicles Upon Highways", to read
as follows:

187A. The County Commissioners of Caroline County CARO-
LINE, CHARLES, FREDERICK, WORCESTER AND CARROLL
COUNTIES are authorized and empowered to regulate the speed and
weight of vehicles on any road, street, lane or alley within Caroline
County CAROLINE, CHARLES, FREDERICK, WORCESTER
AND CARROLL COUNTIES which is not within the corporate
limits of any incorporated city, town or village and which has not
been designated or maintained as a part of the state or federal high-
way system or an extension thereof. The said County Commissioners
